Day 01- ROME

Arrival in Rome. Individual transfer to your Hotel (not included). Check in time is usually around 2 p.m.
Dinner at the Hotel.s.

Day 02- ROME

Breakfast and overnight at the hotel. At 09.00 a.m., we will enjoy a fascinating tour of this ancient city.

Note: The city tour of Rome will be made with Appian Line regular tour with courtesy pick-up service. No drop off at the hotel. Clients must return to the hotel on their own.
Tour 1: Piazza della Repubblica/Piazza di Spagna/ Fontana di Trevi/Pantheon/Piazza Navona.

Afternoon at leisure to sightsee further. OVERNIGHT: HOTEL BEVERLY HILLS or similar - 4 stars.

Day 03- ROME/ NAPLES/ POMPEII/ SORRENTO

After breakfast we depart from Rome via "Autostrada del Sole" (the major Italian Highway for Naples). A short drive across this famous city, known for many years as the capital of the "Kingdom of Two Sicilies", introduces us to Mergellina, Lungomare Caracciolo, Castel Dell'Ovo, il Maschio Angioino. Next, we’re off to Pompeii for a guided afternoon tour of the archaeological excavations of this old Roman city, destroyed and buried by the volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD and discovered at the end of the 16th century. We’ll dine at our hotel in Sorrento tonight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the day at your leisure.  Optional tour to Amalfi. Dinner at the hotel and overnight.

After breakfast we take a ferry from the port to the Isle of Capri, an island famous since Roman times, and favorite vacation home of the emperor Tiberius.
Arrival at the port of Marina Grande and depart by minibuses for "La piazzetta". Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon return to Sorrento and depart for Rome.
OVERNIGHT: HOTEL EXPRESS by HOLIDAY INN or similar - 4 stars.

Breakfast at the hotel. End of tour.
